Rain affected people of village Panj Moro district Matyari complain that they are living along roadside on national highway near Saeedababd . People say, “We don’t have food, water, tents and other facilities”. There is no relief aid yet given to these people. Regarding this District Officer Matyari says, “We are conducting survey and affected will be given tents soon”.

In an interview UNHCR spokesman tells about services of UNHCR rain affected areas. UNHCR is working on the provision of shelter and food relief for rain affected people in sindh. He says, “We have supplied 10000 tents and 10000 NFI Kits, our mandate is to support and help refugees. UNHCR is trying to reach every flood affected area in sindh”.

They say, “We are dependent on singing and playing therefore we request cultural department to support us”. Director General Culture says, “ We have given cheques of 20000 rupees to artists, artists can contact nearest culture office and fill up form and send it to DG office they will be supported”.

Locals of village Yar Mohammad Khan district Khairpur complain that after recent rains due to stagnant water and mosquitoes their live stock is suffering from various infectious. District Officer Live stock says, “Teams of livestock are working in all UCs of Taluka Thari Mir wah. We are vaccinating live stock for foot and mouth among big animals and Incuro Toxemia for small animals”.
